QuietHead is developed and operated by Anastasiia Martynovets, sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Contact us at hello@quiethead.app.
QuietHead is an AI-powered thought organizer for iOS. The app allows you to write free-form thoughts (dumps) which are then organized into collections by our AI.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use QuietHead. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@quiethead.app if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You retain full ownership of the thoughts and content you write in QuietHead. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service — specifically, to generate AI collections from your dumps.
You agree not to use QuietHead to store or transmit content that is:
QuietHead offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and Adapty.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
If you have an active Pro subscription, you can restore it at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app. This is available if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
All rights in the QuietHead app — including its design, code, branding, and AI system — belong to Anastasiia Martynovets, sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
QuietHead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated collections will always be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anastasiia Martynovets, sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuietHead.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
